How Project Super Secret Will Ruin CP Armies

KLONDIKE, CPA Central Headquarters – If you have been hiding under a rock lately, then you probably don’t know much about the whole Club Penguin Project Super Secret 3-D stuff including Spike Hike.

NOTE: I do put my opinions in here and my opinions are not the CPA Central staff’s opinion(s).

Before I start, if you haven’t read Christopher1’s post on if Project Super Secret is going to end Club Penguin and Club Penguin armies then you should check it out here. The Project Super Secret is official and you can even already pre-register an  account or they can get your old Club Penguin account back but, tell me the truth, would you really want to register for a game where you all look like a bunch….(wait for my opinion….wait for it) dumb toy figures. A few months ago, Spike Hike and the rest of the Club Penguin staff members revealed a sneak peek on Project Super Secret:

Sneak Peek of the Docks, Rockhopper’s Ship, the Lighthouse, and the Town.

This is what you are going to look like in the 3-D version.

Just a few weeks ago, Spike Hike posted something new about the Project Super Secret, Club Penguin Island, and a new feature that they might have: Customizable Clothing Templates. Oh and he also included a picture of him in his new 3-D “threads”, here is what you may look like:

Spike Hike in 3-D. What you’ll look like in 3rd dimension.

This is me and whoever that girl is when I look in the mirror and find myself looking like a  Club Penguin toy figure.

I decided to interview some of the Club Penguin army leaders or owners to see what they thought about the new Club Penguin Island game ,whether they thought it was a good idea for Spike Hike to even create Project Super Secret, and if they think that Club Penguin armies would be over when the Club Penguin Island game is finished and running.

Interview with Night Rebels’ leader, Carlos:

CPAC: What do you think about the Project Super Secret’s new game, Club Penguin Island?

Carlos: It’s gonna be something interesting, I like the idea of a 3D Club Penguin taking place.

CPAC: Do you think that Spike Hike made a good decision on creating Project Super Secret and the Club Penguin Island game?

Carlos: Only time can tell that, nobody can be 100% certain.

CPAC: Do you think that Project Super Secret and the new Club Penguin game will ruin Club Penguin armies, itself?

Carlos: On an army leader’s viewpoint, I think that Project Super Secret will ruin Club Penguin armies for good unless people think intelligently and move to a CPPS. We are CLUB PENGUIN armies for a reason, whether it means playing on clubpenguin.com or cpps.me related games.

Interview with Army of Club Penguin 3ic, Doctor Mine Turtle:

CPAC: What do you think about the Project Super Secret’s new game, Club Penguin Island?

Doctor Mine Turtle: It looks fun, but it pays almost no homage to how Club Penguin used to be. I know the current makes less profit, but it just doesn’t attract me like the current CP still does to this day. It looks more like an MMORPG.

CPAC: Do you think that Spike Hike made a good decision on creating Project Super Secret and the Club Penguin Island game?

Doctor Mine Turtle: Yes, he had to really. I think Disney pushed him to do that, but either way, he probably would’ve done it anyway. CP was losing money and had to lay off stuff, it was crumbling right in front of them. I’d rather see a brand new CP than a dead CP.

CPAC: Do you think that Project Super Secret and the new Club Penguin game will ruin Club Penguin armies, itself?

Doctor Mine Turtle: Lol obviously. Correct me if I’m wrong, but there are no servers. You might say “We don’t need to fight for servers”, but we can’t really log onto a certain one unless EVERYONE in the army is friends. Support Bester in his reviving of Club Penguin army servers. It’s scheduled to come out in January 2017.

Personally, I agree with Doctor Mine Turtle about how Project Super Secret will ruin Club Penguin armies since there won’t be any servers to fight for and if everyone did share one server, then all armies would have to schedule it at different times and make sure that another army wouldn’t be doing an event in their chosen room.

What do YOU think? Will Project Super Secret ruin the Club Penguin army community? Here at CPA Central, we value your opinions!

  1. Good post.

    • Thanks! 🙂

  2. We must move to a CPPS. We could create one with all club penguin servers and personalize the servers according to what army belongs them

    • how do we recruit then my boi

      • Well, this is a thing we will have to think about, but we can advertise in other CPPS’s or even in the new cp. Beyond that, we also don’t know if they will shut down cp on desktop. Trying to do something is better than nothing

  3. Great Post Ben!

  4. I feel that all good things must come to an end. The decline of the community has been taking place for many years, far longer than I have been in this community. The speed of that decent is rapidly increasing and showing no signs of stopping. Maybe the creation of this new CP is the push this community needs to move on to bigger and better things. CP is a great game, but it isn’t nessicerily designed for warfare. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I personally think Minecraft is a good way to go, but everyone would have to agree. This community is nothing without the people who make it possible, so keep that in mind. Other than that, great post!

  5. this looks gay

  6. Nice post! I hope there is PSS and CP:)

  7. I am sick and tired of this. CP CONFIRMED LAST WEEK THAT IT WILL ONLY BE FOR MOBILE. IT WILL NIT AFFECT US.

    • Is Clubpenguin not being shut down for this project?

      • Correctamongo.

  8. Not so sure, if this Project Super Secret is only for mobile or not. But im pretty its for mobile only.

  9. Isn’t Club Penguin Island an entirely new game?
