CPA Central is always looking for new, capable reporters. We try our best to hire only the best reporters and our site has a reputation for posting only the highest quality writing. If you feel like you have what it takes to work here, we encourage you to apply on this page, using the below Application Form. Read the rest of this page for more information about being a reporter.
Your Responsibilities
- Get set up: After you’re first accepted as a reporter, you’ll be added to the CPA Central Staff Site. On this site, there are a few pages set up with guides to becoming a successful reporter. You’ll be expected to fully read carefully through all of these guides and take them to heart, following all of the guidelines that are set out for your and the guides that are created for on how write high quality posts. These guides are fairly lengthy, so be prepared to do some reading.
- Post once a week: Your primary responsibility will be to write a report about either a battle or army event at least once a week. These posts will be expected to be high quality and conform to the guidelines that we set out for you. We’ll give you all the necessary guides and help so you can learn how to write these posts quickly and efficiently, so these posts should only take you about 20 – 30 minutes. Although spending a half hour a week writing a post doesn’t seem like much, it has seemed to be difficult for reporter in the past to stay active, so the one major question you have to ask yourself before applying is if you can keep up with this one post a week guideline. If not, then this job really isn’t for you. Also, keep in mind that the guideline is one post a week minimum; we fully expect you to post more often and will definitely take notice and reward you if you take the initiative to work harder.
- Check on the Message Board: The CPA Central Staff Site includes a Message Board, where staff members can communicate with one another. You’ll be expected to check this page every day, to see if any other staff members have important messages to share. You will be able to use this page to talk to other staff members.
- Stay active and work hard: In the long run, you’ll be expected to simply stay active on the site. As you continue work hard, we’ll open up more opportunities for you. If you don’t, we’ll have to let you go.
What You’ll Get
- Work on this site: As a reporter, you’ll get the chance to be a part of the most advanced organization in Club Penguin Armies. You’ll get to be a part of a staff that has a reputation for upholding quality.
- Chance to work way up: Although we’ll start you as a reporter, if you work hard and stay active, you’ll have a chance to work your way up to higher positions, Head Reporter and then Head of Site. Of course, these positions come with an even higher position and more power in Club Penguin Armies.
- Added to Staff Site: You’ll be added to the protected CPA Central Staff Site, which will let you in on all of the behind-the-scenes actions of CPA Central and will allow you to communicate with all of the other staff members.

I do have some experience while reporting for 3 armies.
Army of Club Penguin are having some tough times. The Light Troops have just declared war on ACP.
The leader of the army said ” This happened all of a sudden, and ACP will come back on top and win!”.
Both armies are preparing as hard as they can. And on May 30th all of their waits will be over.
I would be active because I love the news of whats happening, and there is always something new.

I do have a question. Why are there no philosophers. When CPAC was huge there were many philosophers and they were very good at writing and very informative. Now there is no one doing philosophy and it shows on how dull the site is.

Post: ACP was very surprised when 2ic member Slider announced his retirement, only a day after he was promoted to leader after ‘Flen’ retired. This news was received differently by everyone, but the main questions are, Who will be ACP’s new leader, and with the upcoming war against the Nachos, will they be able to pull through? Or will the retirement of 4 people in one day drag them down?

Post: Penguins have witnessed today as Kenneth1000 and Flipper7706 retired today and have given leadership to a successor, Slider. The duo have been working together as the ACP leaders for a long time. Hours after being appointed the leader of ACP Slider retired and gave the title to his successor, Icey Cold27. Kenneth1000 and Flipper7706 have appointed themself as ghost leaders where they will observe ACP in time. ACP is still deciding for Icey Cold27 to be leader and there have been rumors for an election. So far 2ic and 3ic are held open for rank up.

Post: Note- I know everyone’s probably sick of it, but there isn’t enough eventful news currently to write about anything really besides the ACP situation.
The Army of Club Penguin. So simple, yet so official. A name like that should carry power. And it has, representing a Number One army for months on end, rarely lost for more than a week. But in recent events the ACP may not be so strong as it is accustomed too.
Currently, the ACP has had a terrible administration failure that could result in the loss of their dominance over the CP army world. The army’s current situation is the result of poor planning, leadership and decision-making. On June 30, two long-time leaders of the ACP, Kenneth and Flipper, decided to retire, leaving Slider in charge. Not thinking much of it, they also declared war on the Nachos in the same post. It didn’t seem like a problem, anything the new leader couldn’t handle. After all, Icey Cold (also known as McHappy) is a past ACP leader and would still be there to help. However, from there things went terribly wrong. Slider, on his first day as leader, decided this was the perfect time for him to retire. ACP now found itself in the middle of what even Kenneth admitted would “probably be a hard war” and without a leader. And to further complicate things, a Third-in-Command, Carter, decided he would retire as well, leaving an administration of three people instead of its previous seven. ACP’s plans are not completely clear, but it seems to be established that Icey Cold will take over the ACP for another term.
This series of mistakes could very well cost the ACP the war. And it is not just the mistake of one but of many. The first of several was the decision of Kenneth and Flipper to retire in the same day or two. This left a bit of a power vacuum, which if all went well would have been fine, but as we all know, all did not go well. The second mistake was for these two trusted leaders to retire while declaring war. This has left ACP at war in the hands of a leader who has enough experience to be leader, but not yet enough to jump straight into a war. Who knows, if things didn’t become even worse as they did, how Slider’s war would have gone? Chances are it would not have been as successful as Ken and Flip’s. The third mistake was Slider retiring. It is understandable that CP has taken over his life and he needs to quit, but he must have known he would be leader and that the others were retiring. And would it have hurt to pull ACP through at least a week? Luckily, the ACP has one last leg: McHappy. Icey Cold has the experience of leading the ACP before and it is very likely he will be able to keep the ACP up. However, if the Nachos ever wanted to beat ACP and/or take the position of Number One, now is the chance. A little quick action and the Nachos could very well be the ACP’s replacement.
Why you’d be active: Let’s get one thing straight- I’d be active because I’m taking the time to apply. It’s not as if I’m spending this time to sit around and put CPAC in my name. I’ll be active because that’s why I’m here. Whatever it takes, I’ll be here.

The ACP-Nacho War: Controversy over Cloudy
Hello readers, there has been big talk about the ACP-Nachos battle over Cloudy. The Nachos had initiated an invasion that they self-proclaimed victory, but the Army of Club Penguin begs to differ. They claim to have won as well. In all this confusion, I’ll show you both sides of the story, and help you be comprehensive of what happened, and make your own decision on who won.
Contrary to what you would probably believe at a first look at the war, ACP ignited the war. It was the final order of Kenneth1000, former ACP Leader.
“Oddly enough as I retire as leader, the Nachos declared war on us for some reason. The ACP is again in a state of war. Even if you all wanted me to stay for this last war I physically can’t get behind my computer as I will be hundreds of miles away from home.
“The ACP Empire hereby declares war on the Nacho Empire””
The Nachos responded the next day, in their post, “Off to War”. Here is an excerpt from said post:
“The Army of Club Penguin has officially declared war on us, so we are now off to war! Since the Light Troops decided to cancel our practice battle, we decided to still have an event anyway and raid the ACP’s capital server Breeze. When we logged on, the ACP happened to be on as well since they had decided to schedule an event just 30 minutes prior. Although our raid was meant to be just for fun, the ACP viewed it as an act of war.”
Later on, the ACP began with a raid of White House on July 2nd, the day after the Nachos had posted an invasion of Brumby. The ACP decided to do this a day before their defense this post is about, claiming to get 30+ penguins.

The reason I talk about this raid is simple: while it is not the main subject, it increased tensions between the two armies, making the “Clash on Cloudy” all the more brutal.
In the actual battle, Nachos claimed to have gotten 25-30+, with ACP averaging similar numbers. Both armies had excellent tactical strength, and certainly was a close call. Here are some of the best of both armies:

Both teams claimed victory, which is becoming almost expected in a war like this, but it could easily go either way. However, in the Nachos opinion, the ACP had “a cloudy day”. Here is an excerpt from a Nachos victory post.
“Today, we battled the ACP for the first time in the war! It was a close battle, but it turned out to be a cloudy day for the ACP! Yes, that’s right, we won! It was a very good battle from both sides, but we were able to pull through with the victory!”
And one from the ACP site:
“It seems like both armies attack it to begin the war between the two. We all really wanted to win this to prove that we still got our mojo. And, well, we definitely still got it.”

■Post: One thing that i was involved in personally, was the UMA Revolution Crisis. Former leader WGFV wanted to become leader again.. after being denied by Zak, he started a rebellion group of UMA, including PRA (splinter group of UMA) which then moved to a new chat. Soon all of the UMA soldiers (including myself) moved to the new “UMA” except for WWEbestfan, Cassius augustus, Derek,and Blue. WGFV then went on to attempt to declare war on Zak and the remaining loyalists… But Zak and Wg merged back into one whole UMA, The terms; WGFV and Berat become added leaders. But the leaders that i had mentioned before.. stayed out of it. Cassius was not happy in the first place.. but after WG de-faced The original UMA website that was owned by WWEbestfan.. Cassius was furious.. I was not taking to kindly to what WG had done… it was not necessarily what he did, it was how he did it. I then spoke to Cassius, who eventually helped me realize what WG had done. I took sides with Cassius and said; “Don’t start the Revolution without me”. Then cassius told me to gather the “New UMA” and bring them back to the old chat so that WWEbestfan and Cassius themselves, could talk to WG and the rebels. After a while of arguing, the two sides finally settled down.. everything was to go back originally to the way it was. Except for WG being a leader, and UMA taking on a new “Red Army, Soviet Communist Government”, while still being an oligarchy. There may have been other things going on between WG and WWEbestfan. which is one of the reasons the revolution started in the first place. And WG having a personal agenda against WWE. This is all the information that i know. i wish it could have been longer.

Title of Post I am writing today: Why Owners and Moderators are important in Army chats.
Owners and Moderators are important in Army chats. Without them , who knows what will happen. Owners and Moderators keep the army active and keeps the chat peaceful and fun. When one in the army becomes a certain high rank in the army, he becomes the position of Owner in the Armies chat. Same as for the position Moderator. Both positions are special and hard to get, which makes it a privileged to become a Owner or a Moderator. When you go into a Army chat, most of us notice that a owner is most likely a Leader and a moderator is most likely a person that is near the rank of leader. During events, The owners are usually the ones leading the troops while the moderators are the one’s making sure everyone is doing the tactics. This system is very related to the US Government system. Owners are like the President or Vice President and moderators are like the Senate or the High council. Without the Owners in the armies chat, things can get outta hand. There is no leadership and the Moderators will have to step in and do all the work. And most of the time there aren’t many moderators. This is why these two position are important.
I really want to return. I have been successful here in getting up to Head Reporter before and want to bring my talents back to CPAC
And I want to bring my talents to South Beach, but we can’t always have our way, now, can we?

UMA leader Coolster114 stated “We only reached sizes of 20 on Thursday, but that was a once-off, as for most of the battle, Wgfv had to lead alone. All I know for certain was that our tactics were below standard. As stated before, however, I do not blame you, for this came after tensions. We will continue to rise after our fall in numbers, and shall reach the Top Three” He afterwards quots a legendary one-liner being “Work hard for the rise comrades”. After seeing pictures of the battles, it seemed it was UMA with 23 and IW with 19 troops. It was a fierce battle and a well put up fight by UMA but not enough for the legendary IW. After the battle IW’s Albert417 said ” I really don’t know what happened today, but we were almost brought down for a second. Luckily, we held on throughout the entire battle. We fell in for a rocky start, and we were about tied sizes with UMA. We had 25 troops, but UMA couldn’t hold on to their sizes. By the time the battle ended, their size had gone down significantly. As for us we needed to do better in our tactics. Obviously, we did not do our best today. It was okay, but not the expected level. I know we can do better for Saturday’s training,”. There was some dissapointment from both sides, especially after IW’s performance. Will they still be lazy for their upcoming tournament final against Nachos? But the Nachos performances haven’t been to good either! No one knows how this ultimate battle shall go. IW or Nachos to be crowned Champions?
And that was the Practice battle between UMA and IW!

* ST VS AR – the war with ST and SWAT was soon left behind and instead it became ST vs AR, the 2 armies have been fighting over toboggan and i myself have been to the events. Post:Hi guys its me Crazy 186 to write a post.This 1 will be about the war that ST and S.W.A.T have just gotten in.So yes you read correctley ST and S.W.A.T have gotten into another war.Just recentley ST[Shadow Troops] were helping DW in the war.You ask how?Well when DW would invade S.W.A.T ST would also invade S.W.A.T but a diffrent server.Therefore S.W.A.T could only go to 1 of the events and so they would always lose a server.But then ST backed out of it and went to war with AR reason of the war was AR wanted more land.But know S.W.A.T declared war on ST and This is what Cul an ST owner had to say:This is good we were going to declare war on Stalin 90 and Ghostface[Stalin90 slave]these people have been rude and cussing out on ST its time to show people who is boss.So i guess ST will know go to war with AR and SWAT as they haven’t said they will back of from the AR war.Please comment under saying who will think will win this war. Yes, it is true. Subz11 has retired after approximatley 3 years of ClubPenguin Warfare. His former army, Fort Ghost Recon of CP, are very very sad. They thank him for his time, his leadership and his kindness. He rised them to Club Penguin Army Central’s Top 15. Managing to grab 14th, the Fort Ghost Recon were very proud of themselves. Subz11 has a few words to say to the Troops of Fort Ghost Recon. We have also been lucky enough to get an interview with the man himself.
In Subz11′s words: To those who will miss me, will no longer need me. I have done what I needed to do, and my time in armies, well I guess are over. But I do have some good news, aswell as the bad.. I shall be returning later on this year! Yes, I’m not leaving you forever. That will never happen.

Presently we see armies like ACP, RPF, UMA, WW, and Nachos who were there from the early ages of CP Armies but how many remember those who didnt make it to this day? Or ones from recent but do not remember.
Now, armies die, get revived, die again, others live and are still alive, struggle to stay alive, or are very high up there. Here are the armies that fit into those categories
R.I.P:
Romans- Romans were the almighty power that had a good size comparison with ACP due to the favored Roman helmets in 2006/2007 where club penguin had those available, during World war III. 2nd Gen Roman Leader, Dj had massive sizes for the Romans so large, CP had to put an end to selling the Roman Helmets.
The Romans, getting less and less with nobody being able to purchase that helmet, now a rare item slowly died. Generations have tried to bring the Romans back but that Helmet was a big key to them becoming large and as long as CP keeps them banned I don’t see the Romans reach the top if they are brought back.
GPR(Gugu Pengus Romans)- The GPR were basically the European army of Club Penguin as ACP had more American troops. Creator Gu Gu Pengu invisioned the European army to be more superior to ACP.
This caused a racial(Sort of) War In the end GPR died out being that most CP Users were on the ACP side. GPR was attempted to be brought back by Casius Brutus earlier this year but died as well.
Golds- The Golds were a older army whom Golden color gave them a favorite to many CP users, causing them to have large numbers, although not as big as ACP and Nachos, Golds creator Dream Golds strategic efforts kept them alive for a while.
The golds also have been attempted to be revived by(Recently by Hurricanex) and did get good numbers but never ended up back to its prime numbers.
Elites- The Elites is a more known army being that it has had the most successful army revivals. The Elites were large and kept there constant numbers, eventually the Elites normally just fell.
Many generations have tried to revive it. 6g Leader Khimo seemed to be the most successful of all of them besides the 1st but fell after Khimo retired(Came back later to lead Dark Warriors.)
IV(Ice Vikings)- The Ice Vikings are a more recent army that was created by Bottlefanta and Bobcatboy. IV was a Top 10 regular for a long time and seemed to be the most dominant viking army until a highrank, Zak made the Water Viking. IV max. in the top 10 was 4/5 and made it there very quickly. I have not heard if there was a recent IV revival but the Ice Vikings were a good army tragically lost into time.
Pirates- One of the VERY first armies to live organized and was very massive, little is known about there earlier times but rumors have it that the Pirates were tooken down by the power of all armies combined.
The Pirates recently had a comeback with Zak changing the WV (Water Vikings) name to Pirates, but later were unable to grow from that.
CPA(Club Penguin Army)- Afraid I know little about the CPA but they were also a army who were very large in size and one of the VERY firsts.
The CPA have been tried to revive but have failed to each time. The CPA is literally lost in time.
Old Armies struggling to stay alive(Or Coming back):
RPF(Rebel Penguin Federation)- The RPF once almighty were created by Commando717 in rebellion to UMA, RPF became a giant army big enough to compete with ACP but did not instead both armies combined there power to run Pink Mafias and the UMA out of town and start an era of friendly competition and peace.
RPF is currently lead by there 3rd Leader, Ziehen and is having problems staying alive. RPF is getting into the Medium range but is going up and down like a roller coaster. RPF’s government being taken too seriously may be why RPF may or may not ever make it back to the tip top.
WW(Watex Warriors)- Watex Warriors aka as Fevers army for the name of the creator Billy(Lol Jk Its Fever of course!) were really large and actually part of the video found on youtube called “Biggest battle in CP History” With ACP, RPF, and UMA.
The WW has Hurricanex1 trying to get them to get back up but it is uncertain if we may see them on top soon. Wish em luck!
FGR(Fort Ghost Recon)- FGR created by Elitesof is a older army who was in the top 10 led by Fido in early 2011 and is rising rapidly right now and may be seen back to large hopefully. FGR is one of the few armies who rise very fast after every revival but seems to struggle finding the right leader to guide them. We can expect FGR being a returning army soon hopefully.
NW(Night Warriors)- The NW feeling very invisible using the “Might of the night” to battle ACP and attempt to gain that number 1 spot are recently unknown in status and have not brought much attention in recent time. The NW in all are a more recent army that’s name appealed to CP Users and really stirred trouble with ACP. They had many amazing battles, the NW declined but came back to the top 10 in recent time but dropped again.
Old Armies who are still epicly owning:
ACP(Army of CP)- Not really much of a shock,ACP was created by Oagalthorp to be more of a security force to guard this one famous penguin, ACP gathered attention and grew in size very fast. ACP gets big numbers for there name Being the “ARMY of ALL of CP!” ACP is/has and maybe the number 1 army since created. ACP has kept the number 1 spot and maybe lose it for 1 week, Nothing much else to say but ACP has been in almost all the historic battles and lives to tell the tale.
Ice Warriors- IW was one of the first Warriors army being made and still led by Iceyfeet1234. IW is a roller coaster army who goes from goes up to 45+ or 15+ depending the month or week and is a very unstable army to estimate average size being that it always changes.
IW most historic battles were those of the Cold War against RPF that raged on several times as rival armies, or the ACP-IW wars that have been revived ever so ofter. The Ice Warriors in all, know how to keep there battles interesting with a twist!
UMA(Underground Mafias Army)- UMA comes on and off the top 10 due to all there leader changes that always go on. UMA originally named the Pink Mafia named after Creator Pink Mafias, became a popular army, Pink Mafias would recruit in the back then new room known as the mines, being that this got them tremendous size with everyone visiting these mines, Pink Mafias renamed them the Underground Mafias Army.
The UMA was so Large they split into 2 groups, Blue Division and Red Division. Almost bringing the ACP to there knees and being the superior army of all time, Blue high ranks later rebelled and created the RPF. RPF and ACP teamed up to defeat UMA and force Pink Mafias into retirement. RPF amd UMA were at constant war until 2009 where they actually became brother allies.
Nachos- The Mighty Nachos with there Sombreros and Panchos were a very popular army due to there appearance, The Nachos have been behind ACP for a very long time. and went to war with ACP many times to determine who was better.
The Nachos were at there best in 2009 where they became the top army and had the largest numbers but that fell with Leader Person declining troops, Nachos have tried to get up there and have for a few times. Nachos are currently attempting to get back there and are another large army regular.
Well this concludes what I have to say about these old armies for now.

Past experience:I’ve been very active on armies lately and I’ve wrote as an author, Administrator for many armies including; Snow warriors 1st gen, Second gen, and Also have been administrator for Club penguin FBI and I’ve led all of these armies as lowest 3ic. I’ve also been an author/4ic in Pretzels and almost 4ic in Nachos. I’m also going to start up Snow warriors 4th generation since 3rd gen isn’t that active, (Link: snowwarriors4thgen.wordpress.com). I’ve led my own army called Star Warriors but it didn’t quite go as well.
Post: Today they’re was an invasion between ACP and the Nachos.. It didn’t quite go as well for ACP since they gave up after 40 minutes and there were 20 minutes left. ACP gave up knowing that they’re leader, IceyCold4 was a no-show for a couple of weeks. It was a tough battle between the two armies! Both of them fought a tough fight, ACP used many tactics to get server Ice Palace from Nachos but Nachos came back at them with many more tactics. ACP was gaining but started loosing when Nachos started insulting them (Calling them “Booger army” because of the color green) and ACP finally gave up. But they fought well. Icey on the other hand has disappeared from ACP.. No one knows where he is or what he is doing. The last post he did was about this coming invasion on July 4th.. Kingfunks4 is the temporary leader for the ACP for now.. Let’s hope Icey comes back.

Post: Today the Light Troops have conquered the server Deep Snow. The battles between Light Troops and Army Republic has ended because ACP had surrendered to the Nachos. Although, Light Troops thought they should still have an event. So they went on to conquer Beanie only to find out that it was full. Instead of going on Beanie to conquer it, they went on Deep Snow. Technically, they have conquered Beanie, however I truly believe they have conquered Deep Snow. What do you think?

Earlier today, On the ice warriors chat, A person by the name of 98dc, Came on, So no one suspected a thing. Until, 20 minutes later, 98Dc had said on Main chat “I am going to take over Ice Warriors Website”.
I Studied his name, So I could figure out who he was. He was a Nachos, So I went to nachos chat, And Sure enough, He was there. I pc’d him, Saying, “So you’re going to take over Ice Warriors site?” And he replied “Yeah I am” So I replied “So you’re going to hack IW site just for your amusement, or for IW To join Nachos side?” And then I added on “Becuase thats stupid”
Then the hacker snapped and said “No” “I’ll take you over”
I laughed right then and there.
So thats where I took a picture, And then he replied so suddenly, “IW Better join Nachos side.”
Then I said, “Not Likely, And Prnt scrn again.”
I was getting him pretty worked up, So he started ranting on, about whatd he do in the war, Such as Ddos IW site, and send virses throughout the war, Etc. And then I took my last pic, And left. Then I came back and he said “IWAD” Or something. I forgot to take a pic of that. My apoligies.

Post: Nachos, How’d you do it? Some time ago, during the recent Nacho vs ACP war, I noticed that the Nachos had increased their size and were beating ACP litteratley almost every battle. My question is: How’d they do it? To answer this, I met up with ChrisiBlule from the Nachos.
Me: So, ChrisiBlule , how’d you litterately beat ACP almost every battle during the Nacho vs ACP war?
ChrisiBlule: because our troops have been fantastic, getting on for events and doing tactics so well. tactics they havent done before.
Me: What were some of the tactics you used in battle?
ChrisiBlule: lines and emotes, waterfalls [acp copied those] even though we’ve been doing them forever, so thats not really new. blobs. lines, even 3-4.

Well, to be honest, all of those answers are true. I mean, I witnessed the war from the Nachos side, and I was there for the final battle and the claim that ACP has lost the war and Nachos won. I hope there is just more like this in the army world, so I can report it! The point of these VERY diffrent interview was to show that there are many diffrent types of noobs. 1. The type Veteran descibed who has no interest in learning. Comes on chat only to make a mockery of armies. Normally joins for a short time, and should be fired/banned immediatly as he/she poses no benifit to your army. 2. The noob that comes on, who is new. And attend as many battles as possible. Normally refers to there superiors as “sir” for a while before he/she realizes no one else does. And, with the right leadership can become a leader someday. 3. The noob in power. The type of person with nothing but stupidity in his brain. And for some unknown reason, he is high in power. Sadly, there are many of theese.

4. LT – Rising Back Up or Not?
I am Flames370, a new reporter in the CPAC! This is my official first post here, and I just hope this will be a fun experience!
As the Light Troops come back from their 2-week break, they start off with a page load of events including trainings and practice battles. After their events have been finished (and won), the Light Troops were ranked as 4th INSTANT in the Top Ten – which leads that the LT will not stop until they are at least 1st or 2nd. The LT have declared war with the ACP recentaly, making them start with events again. But with only Kingfunks himself running the biggest army of Club Penguin, they have not gotten a lot of troops online, which makes the LT win. A lot of people consider Funks not having too much experience as leading the biggest army. What do you think will happen? Will the LT rise to the top and be first? Or will the ACP win this battle and go back to first? Comment with your opinion below!

The Role of XAT in CP Armies
Hey guys, its 78562cool here. Today I am going to talk about the role of XAT chats in Clubpenguin armies. Xat chats have helped and will keep helping CP armies. They allow leaders to easily give orders and commands to their army in a battle situation, they also are an easy way to get new recruits, and even cool place to hang with your fellow CP army soldiers. XAT has changed how every army is run. Could you imagine leading a CP army without a chat? I know I couldn’t. But in 2006 and 2007 CP armies weren’t run that way. You couldn’t tell your troops what tactics you were about to execute. I am surprised those armies didn’t die. (ACP was created on miniclip forums and they are still trucking along greater than ever.) ^I would debate on using miniclip forums, like in 2006 and 2007, but if not just use wordpress, making events, meet up. And to get troops, find them via CP and make them find their site

^I can’t really answer that unless I was from 2006 or 2007, it’s hard to answer.

The other side of the story is that Xat chats can hurt CP armies. People could ask for a promotion or why they are a certain rank. http://i1218.photobucket.com/albums/dd405/78562cool/eeeeee.jpg This can really hurt an army. The last thing you want is chaos in a chat. If there is chaos leaders can’t give orders, the army starts to lose battles, tourneys, etc. Then soon after no one wants to join your army because you have a bad reputation, and your army dies because you don’t have new recruits. The last bad affect that Xat can cause on CP armies is that Xat chats are easily hacked. If your chat is hacked, the hacker can change the chat however they want. They could change the background; change the positions people have in the chat (being an owner, moderator, member, etc.) Or even worse, the army may never get that chat back. And if you create a new Xat chat, you may lose chat numbers, then your army will start to lose numbers, then your army might even die.
There are many sides to this debate. But it all depends on the person. Tell me what you think.

Light Troops Returning?
I woke up, got on the Shadow Troops chat as usual, and someone said “LT IS COMING BACK!” They said LT took a poll for reopening, and everyone said they should reopen. In the event that they do come back, the armies’ war will be even more heated up. I think that they shouldn’t reopen because Light Troops said they were officially dead.

Checkmate.
In the game of chess the one possible way of winning is capturing your opponents King. Once your King has been captured he shall be knocked over and your opponent will obviously say, “Checkmate” with a grin creeping across his or her face. The outcome of him/her doing is so will cause you to be angered and flip the chess board causing pieces to fall to the floor, and possibly break beyond repair. Or you may be a good sport and accept defeat and walk away or plan a rematch for another day.
Many Kings in the past of CP Armies have fallen, stepped down, accepted defeat, or painfully knocked out of their position as, Commander General, Sensei, Leader, or most likely Dictator. Take UMA for example, each generation of the Underground Mafias Army since Pink Mafias was leader was cursed with treachery, betrayal, or Coup d’états, as a result of all this, in total they have 62 leaders. While another “King” we all know as Iceyfeet1234 has held out for 5 years up until recently he gave up his leadership to Albert147. He has faced a myriad of rebellions and revolts, a multitude of attempts to overthrow the Ice Warrior Leadership; each plot to metaphorically assassinate this army legend has failed. He is the true King of CP Leadership Survival. Like the UMA, ACP has also been damned to a hell in which Second in Commands struggle to become the next leader. Let’s go over the Kings who have risen and fallen. Ah. July 1st, Slider was suppose to be sworn in as the new Commander General of what is known as the “Democratic Republic Army of Club Penguin(DRACP)” but before he was truly declared as leader he retired a long with 60% of the ACP Leadership. Leaving Icey Cold27 as the soul leader he attended and occasionally led battles up until his so called “Final” retirement on July 31st 2012. The chaos begins and expands to a point in which no one can stop it but the question is, does anyone see the true chaos? That very day Funks is declared the official leader of DRACP, another unexpected face Capn is promoted to 2ic. Before going on Holiday, Funks promotes Capn to 1.5ic and gives him the title of USA Leader. Immediately he exploits his power by setting down a new set of rules which are a tad stricter than the current one’s ACP uses, and creates a new rank. The Queen Capn attempts to metaphorically slit the throat of ACP’s King, Funks, but his failure has lead to him exiling himself and being removed from the ranks of ACP. Déjà Vu? As a result Ek the only capable owner in ACP Leadership was promoted to Commander General. Along with him returns our good old friend Icey Cold who is currently the 2ic of ACP, though Funks has been demoted to 2ic and is most likely unaware of what has happened in his absence.
It is a shame to lose such a noble game, but you cannot last forever. You may withstand the evils which approach you such as Iceyfeet. Or you may fall from your throne and plummet into the black Abyss of exile, or forced Retirement.

I believe that as a leader in the army community CPAC has a certain role to fill, and does so admirably in its ever expanding operation. I think there is one area, however, that deserves more expansion attention. It is spoken of in a simple fact, a plain wrong: CP armies have never had a comprehensive, official, written history in one location. We’ve never had an archive. Our history is scattered one various sites and often those accounts are fragments. We need to write one from beginning to end, include links to sources and old sites, and have a little section on most armies that have existed these six or sevenish years. I believe, as a filler in the CPA culture community that CPAC should be the leaders in gathering material, historians, and bringing them together in a place where they can be supported to write out the Annal of the Armies of Club Penguin 2005-2012 (I believe it was ’05, my mind fails me).

Hackers in CP Armies have been around almost as long as the Armies themselves. But early hackers were different from todays’ hackers. The hackers that were around when I joined CP Armies (Back in 2010) would just hack for “The Lulz”. “The Lulz” meant that they just hacked for fun and to brag about their hackings. When I was just a Noob (Awww how cute!) I was in the Doritos(A different conversation to be had.) and In about June of that year, SaW, Anon, and Flame(Not sure about that name) were in a hacking group, and they hacked for “The Lulz”.
Just to clear up on some things that you old members from 2010 might also remember:
IATW was pretty much gone by Summer 2010.
ACiD was forming again about this time and was lead by SaW.
In late 2010, the WSA was founded. The WSA was the “Waddle Security Agency” and they were dedicated to stopping Hacking and Doxing in Club Penguin Armies. You just filed a report and they would find out who did it and get them banned from almost every army. (In fact I was a leader of one of their divisions O:).
One day in 2011 the WSA just disappeared because the founder deleted the Site because he thought it was just done because no one used it anymore. He was right. Because about this time- Shaboomboom and other leaders at ACP had created the Anti-Hacking Bill. If you were a hacker you couldent be in CP Armies. Of course Hacking still went on- but there was none, because every hacker but SaW had disappeared and SaW didn’t hack anymore.(Something about computers being tossed out of Windows.)
Enough inaccurate History. The Past is the past- right?
Let’s get onto what modern hackers do different then hackers from that Era, and why Modern Hackers do this.
Most Modern Hackers aren’t trying to do something bad. Infact their doing something good- FOR YOU. They are Hacking for Internet Freedom. Afterall, the internet is the last frontier of true freedom.
Their fighting aginst bills like SOPA and PIPA. Bills that would limit the internets freedom.
Right now your probably wondering, “BUT FIRE, WHY DO THEY HACK TO GET FREEDOM?” Well, I kinda don’t know why. But I can give you my best idea why.
Because people instigate them to. People have the idea in their head that Hackers still do it for “Teh Lulz”. And some still do. These people just go up to the “Good Hackers” and say that they can’t hack and that their just a script kiddie, and other insults. These hackers may just hack the site/chat and tell everyone about it or they may do it silently. Some hackers do it because of outrage at the restrictions the chat rules have on Freedom. And while having in mind that a little restriction is good(Because we don’t want people killing eachother now do we?), too much restriction is bad. The internet is a place to express your views and get your views heard in the hope that others will believe in your ideas as well. Limitations like “No Talking about BLAHBLAHBLAH” are bad for the internet. Sure they may cause fights, but these fights are just text. Their not bloody noses and broken bones. Their just Ones and Zeros.
And how can Ones and Zeros cause real harm?
You’ve heard of the rebellions in Egypt, Libya, and Syria. Those people (Libya and Egypt) Wouldn’t be free without that Rebellion. But that Rebellion was caused by a connection. A connection that is known as the free internet. If the internet didn’t have freedom- they wouldn’t have the freedom they have right now.
So maybe these hackers aren’t so bad. Maybe we should all have a welcoming, embracing community that is willing to welcome all people, even hackers, to join in on events without discrimination, or segregation. The Anti-Hacking Bill needs to go.(I think I might of already gone….)

Yeah. Sure. And are you positive that everyone, including you, never made one of these Hackers mad? Or yelled, kicked, or banned them just for no reason or because he hacked someones site and/or chat? Or because you treat your army unfairly, maybe promising a promotion and not giving it. We need to redefine the word “Hacker” if we don’t- we may soon need a new definition for the word “Freedom”.

Uprising War – Pirates vs ACP [621 words.]
The Pirates Army of Club Penguin, recently hitting sizes of 25+ at events, declared war onto the Army of CP, who many say, are in decline. What will become of this war? Read more to find out.

Originally, the Pirates, along with the Pretzels were supposed to be helping Shadow Troops in their war against ACP. However, ST died and thus the Alliance died with it. With already some scheduled invasions of the ACP’s Empire, the Pirates continued with their plans of war. The ACP’s response to the Declaration of war is as follows:
“The war with the Shadow Troops is over, due to the death of the ST. This means all invasions are cancelled due to them giving there servers to the Nachos. However, all defences are still on due to the Pirates who will still be invading us. Expect some USA invasions due to the Pirates being a mainly UK army, although we will still have UK events as well. We shall crush the Pirates easily.”
So far, there had been two events. The Battle for Shiver, which is currently disputed. And the Battle for Ice Box, which ACP admitted defeat. The ACP claim that the Pirates, “Stood still for half of the Battle”. Neither army has been hitting huge sizes, both maxing 15+. Here are some pictures from both events:

So, overall, this could be a very interesting war. Will Pirates fulfil what many other large armies have set out to do, or will ACP get their revenge with their very strong US force. Only time will tell.

Army hopping is something that has gained popularity in the past couple years. The only thing is, is it good for CP Armies?
First off let me explain an army hopper. An army hopper is someone who joins armies, usually rising medium, for the intent to gain a high rank, and leave in a few months, then go to the next army. What happens is they get a long enough resume, that eventually some army members idolize them and follow them around to the armies.
The problem about it is, is that they help armies that don’t really need help, and when they leave, the army usually falls dramatically. The other thing is, is that a lot of people think they are a good thing, because in some messed up world, someone who joined and got leader of 15 top 5 medium armies as they went to large, is more important than someone like Alex Cone, who stuck with his army for over a year and got them to major from small.
In fact, the whole idea of idolizing hoppers, doesn’t just exist in CP Armies, it also applies to sports. Let me use the example of the NBA (sorry non americans.) I’ll talk about two players and refer to them as Player A and Player B.
Player A was drafted to an expansion team, and with other young players around him, he help the team get better, but then he gets into feuds with other young stars, and eventually leaves the team after about 4 years, leaving that team to do horribly until they draft another star about ten years later. He signs with a powerhouse team, who could win on their own, and stays for about 8 years. This team wins multiple championships, but once again, his ego gets the best of him, and argues with a young star, and gets traded away. Oh by the way, that team doesn’t win a championship for another eight or so years, and they heavily struggle. Next, he helps this team win a championship, before fighting with the owner, and gets traded. From then on, he signs with only teams who could win a championship, and is only on them for a year.
Player B has been on one team for over fifteen years, everyone loves him on that team, and he has lead them to four titles. He has no plan on leaving, and people don’t even talk about him when he becomes a free agent.
Now if anyone can guess who those two are, leave a comment.
The point though is, is that Player A is loved, and everyone knows who he is, while player B is slightly less known, but is still a top 20 all time player. If you talk about who is the greater player, everyone would say Player A. Yet, Player B is much more valuable from the team’s standpoint.
This is like THE MOST LOYAL 2IC EVER gets less credit than someone who is only in an army for a month before leaving them to die. Also, army hoppers get so much credit for how many armies they’ve been in, they start to IMMEDIATELY get leader or 2IC, so they only have to stay in the army for a couple weeks.
I was talking to someone, not saying names as bep instructed me, and it was brought up how many armies we’ve been in. To my surprise, I could actually name the 4 or 5 armies I’ve been in. But then he realized he couldn’t remember them all, and thought that was a sign he was an army hopper.
Now if you are in an army, would you like to have a leader who forgets about that army after two months, or he just puts them on his join comment for his next army? Or would you rather say, “Yep, I remember when he was a rogue, he worked his way all the way up to leader. That is true dedication.”

4. On October 14th, 2012 recently appointed as the 34th leader of Dcp, Cul8rsl and Dcp creator and beloved leader Wwebestfan retired from Dcp. Cul8rsl who came into Dcp as leader in late August told Dcp that he would soon be retiring due to his moving to Australia October 29th. In Wwe’s case, soon after Cul’s retirement post was posted beloved leader Wwebestfan adds “Retiring” to his name and informs the chat that his time has come for him to officially retire. Soon after Cul got leader in Dcp he got into the H.O.S aka the hall of fame. The reason being due to his recruiting skills and at age 11 being Dcp’s youngest leader. He quickly became popular within the Dcp Troops for being a funny mature guy for his age. Hello,Joeymaster41 here on a post about ACP.ACP have been full of surprises this month with WWVI and getting bigger sizes will they continue to grow?.ACP is currently having many inactive problems.ACP’s US force has been getting sizes of small armies while their UK force is getting 20+.I think ACP should schedule more US events and so do many other ACP soldiers. this is one reason ACP is falling,Another reason ACP is falling is everyone is retiring.ACP leaders retire every week or so causing ACP soldiers to quit.What i think ACP should do is make more US events and get leaders that are willing to stay leader in ACP for a long time.ACp is currently in WWVI with Light Troops,Ice Warriors,etc.ACP have been winning this World War defeating Pirates and killing Light Troops with sizes 20+.If ACP can keep these sizes up or even grow sizes they can defeat anyone.Clearly you see

Hello Ice Warriors! Today we invaded Pine Needles from the Light Troops and since they didn’t show up, we win! Considering it was a Euro event, the turnout was fairly good and I let some of our lower-ranked troops do some leading by themselves, so in the future if you show up to a event maybe you’ll get the chance to do the same!

Post : ACP and LT cease fire
Finally, the ACP and LT have agreed to take a break from their endless war. Antant and Ioioluk agreed to stop the fighting until the 24th December / Christmas Eve. Each army will be able to keep each server it’s conquered from the other. Both armies will be training their hearts out until the deadline of the 24th. Or is either Antant or Ioio planning an invasion while the other isn’t looking? Highly unlikely but their is always the slight possibility. I interviewed Foldez, ACP 3ic and these were his thoughts.
Me : What are your thoughts on the cease fire?
Foldez : It’s a good temporary solution but the chance of it lasting isnt very high
Me : Do you think Ioioluk will invade vital and historical servers while you train and recruit?
Foldez : No way of telling but with his past, he probably will
Me : So do you think the cease fire was a mistake?
Foldez : Not a mistake but not a strong stable solution. If we really are ending this a proper treaty needs to be drawn out and suitable punishments to whoever breaks it.
Me : If the LT keep their promise, and the 24th comes, do you have faith in your troops to keep active and possibly win the war?
Foldez : Honestly, not really.
Me : Do you think in your own opinion, it will turn out to be a world war with allies involved?
Foldez : Most likely it will.
Me : Thanks for your time. Its been an honour

So the question remains. Will the cease fire break? Will CP armies erupt into a chaotic world war with two alliances? The question will be answered, if I am accepted into this legendary newspaper!

As you can see from the interview, Lord Pain, Pretzels Leader, thinks that Pretzels will rise to the very top and maybe aim to be bigger and stronger than S.W.A.T.

In one of the biggest flame wars of CP Armies, the flame has seemed to have simmered [at least the war part of it], as Ioio has retired his alliance. With their surrender, this ends the war between the Black and White Alliances for now. The Pirates are already focusing on getting into the Top 3 and praising its troops. Though it has ended, it may be temporary, as Ioio has predicted a possibility that Waterkid may restart it.
As of January 22nd, 2013, Ioio has announced the Black Alliance’s withdrawal from war. He states in his post that he has returned the Army of Club Penguin’s servers. He also states they surrendered because the Dark Warrior’s absence has nearly crippled them, and ACP is no longer a large threat. Ioio even claims that the Pirates will rise into the Top 3. Ioio was also praising his troops, saying by fighting this war, they changed armies.
Many armies in both alliances had embraced for a much longer war. It seemed it would be a hard endurance war, due to both armies with pride and respect at stake would not dare to raise the white flag, at the risk of mockery. However, Ioio has recently decided to end the war once and for all. Many are already commending him on swallowing his pride to end it. However, the White Alliance has not yet chosen to celebrate.
Though the Black Alliance has withdrawn at the moment, it is still a large possibility they could rise once again. Ioio already predicted that Waterkid would not be pleased and try to summon the Black Alliance for more war, much to Ioio’s distaste. Armies in the war are now focusing on singular responsibilities, and not fighting an alliance. Though the anger was very tense, it has slowly simmered.

Post:Marceline becoming new Night Warrior Leader, and how it will affect Club Penguin Armies
So Marceline (or Monsoon as some know her) has become the new Night Warrior Leader. That’s great, because she has inherited a great responsibility. As NW was once one of the most powerful armies on Club Penguin, there is a large heritage to live up to because of the Leaders Vendetta (cookies) And Tomb123.
So, as the leader she must do a good job, right now she has become leader at a very critical time for the Night Warriors because they have just joined the top ten for the first time in a very long while. Surely though with the help of Vendetta and Tomb123, Night Warrior leader advisors, and the other leaders, surely she can handle it. Though if they rise very high under her leadership, armies are going to start disliking the Night Warriors for being so powerful and not letting up any other armies like they had last time, so she should be prepared to deal with that, but around she was most likely a good choice for leader and like other leaders, she could lead NW into a new age of glory. For all who support NW, and for all who feel NW should fall into a ditch and die permanently, both should be happy for NW no matter how much you hate them, because it proves that armies are coming back, and though back to Marceline. This army one of the oldest has risen back to the number 10 spot on the top ten armies of CP and with this leader anything is possible, for Marceline is not a known leader so I have no objections of her, nor though I have any good things of her as a leader. So this is a new start for NW it seems, a new leader, top ten spot, and most likely ready to rock CP armies to their foundations. This will be a new awakening in my opinion not just for the Night Warriors, but for all CP armies, because NW was such a strong army before, if Marceline can do that again, armies will have someone super powerful to beat the could if they tried pull at least 40+ soldiers, and it will awaken armies (especially ACP) that they are rising, an’ older army. That will make other armies try to beat them and heavy recruit, and boom CP Armies are huge again.
This is my post about Marceline and what is possible to happen in the future of Club Penguin armies, and what a rising army with a new leader could mean. So whatever happens will happen, let’s hope it’s for the best of Club Penguin armies. So this is what the world could or couldn’t be, but, let’s hope it becomes this and doesn’t fall even further down the drain.
Why you’d be active:Because I love being in Club Penguin armies, and being able to report about them, well that would just be an amazing experience to help or hurt armies.

Doritos welcomed back into the Club Penguin Army community?
The Doritos recently made a shocking return to CP army’s by getting over 16 at an outstanding event.The four leaders of Doritos were shocked to see that much growth in a matter of a week. I recently had an interview regarding Dcp’s comeback with one of the incoming leaders Carter.

4.) Looks like RPF is coming to an end. I have been looking on the RPF website. They have had a large amount of people in the rpf, turns out to be a little over 56 penguins.The point of the RPF was kind of shaky, I didn’t get how the RPF only had one enemy which was already destroyed by Herbert, P, Bear Esquire. However the RPF is going to rebuild and make a new team called the Rouge Penguin Force of Club Penguin. They have the exact same mission as far as I know which doesn’t make sense. That was the rpf’s job so why don’t they just keep RPF. Cewan and Flurbur27 has failed to keep RPF going and it is now one of the bottom Armies on the list. The robber penguin force was one of the most largest communities on club penguin but has now gone downhill. I now think RPF was one of the most pointless armies on Club Penguin. What do you think?
5.) I have really wanted to join this army for a long time but at the same time holding back. I think i’m good enough to be a reporter for the CPAC. I love writing and looking into armies seeing what the stuff is that there fighting about, whether its a leader problem to a noob problem such as the little things that make an army just want to go nuts. So on February 11th, 2013, LT’s leader, ioioluk, asked the DCP leader, 13year0ldn00b, if they wanted to have a PB. So 13 accepted and they went through alot of training to get ready for it, they logged on at the start of the battle and 13yearoldn00b’s response was “OH SHIT WERE FUCKED.”The turnout was past 13yearoldn00b’s expectations of what would happen. In fact, they maxed 17-20 on Club Penguin. They also tied with the Light Troops. And even though it was an unscheduled event, 13yearoldn00b and the other DCP troops really had a lot of fun. Post: Hello my friends, today an army known as the Shadow Troops of Club Penguin had a practice battle with the Pretzels of Club Penguin. As soon as both armies logged into the server called Chinook the battle began. There were a large variety of different tactics that were preformed on the day of the practice battle but I think the Shadow Troops of Club Penguin’s tactics were much better then the Pretzels of Club Penguin’s. That’s just a personal opinion though so lets not pick favorites, but one thing that I know for sure is that the Shadow Troops of Club Penguin had a lot more soldiers on Club Penguin then the Pretzels of Club Penguin had at the time of the practice battle. I must admit that the Pretzels of Club Penguin did a decent job, but I don’t think they did better then the Shadow Troops. Somehow the Pretzels of Club Penguin managed to claim victory against the Shadow Troops of Club Penguin. The leaders of the Shadow Troops of Club Penguin and the leaders of the Pretzels of Club Penguin had a small conversation regarding who came out the victors, but finally the Pretzels of Club Penguin admitted their loss against the Shadow Troops of Club Penguin. I’m proud of both armies for doing their best in the practice battle. Both of you, keep up the good work!

Hey CPAC! I’ve been thinking for a while and many others will agree. Is ACP getting their allies to fight for them? I mean, AR, IW, DCP are always asked by ACP leaders “Hey, can you give us a hand?”. Now I dont find a problem with that when they fall but talk about maybe returning the favour? I dont think I’ve ever seen ACP helping AR, IW, DCP or any of their allies out in war. Nowadays in CP armies, this is how a world war starts. Lets say, DW declare war on ACP, ACP whine to AR, DW brings out CPPA, ACP whines to IW, DW brings out LT, ACP whine to DCP or Nachos and it all ends in treaties of peace. So obviously people are gonna retire because it’s the same thing over and over. Is this a good message to new recruits? Or am I being absoulutley 100 per cent idiotic? I’ll let you decide. Doritos on the rise or on the fall
Doritos have proven to many that they are capable of achieving great numbers. I was on the DCP chat the other day and the number of troops active are low. Usually army chats are filled with soldiers ready to rush to the enemy lines and take action. Most of the people in the DCP chat are lazy and in-active.
Now, to their performance. Doritos have a tendency to, well, wander off and start anew. For example the other day i was at one of their battles. They went from cove to town, and basically all over the place. Also while watching the battle i noticed a few stragglers. The main reason DCP gets their numbers so high are regular penguins just joining the crowd.
In conclusion, the doritos army will lose it’s spot in the top ten if they do not pick up their game, and realize a what a true club penguin army is all about.

The war of ACP AND Nachos have been going on long enough, warriors are getting tired of their reygine against one another. Some warriors told about their traumatised wars against themselves. ” I’ve had enough” said a ACP warrior and a nacho warrior even said a another war will break out turning in WW6 and causing even more confusion of the world of CP.
Nachos wild warriors is the good thing about them yet their laziness and lack ness puts them down whilst on the other hand ACP still have the advantage of the more warriors/troops but rarely co-operate with each other. So on everyone’s has their weakness and strengths but their both still strong in battle so who do will win?

HSA vs S.W.A.T practice battle [Results]
Today, i logged on to S.W.A.T and HSA chat, where i was ready to report their Practice battle. As I watched the leaders getting their people logged into Mammoth town. By the size of the troops logging in ,I knew this was going to be a great battle.

Consistency: HSA; 4-2
Size: tie; 3-3
Tactics: HSA; 4-2
S.W.A.T fought greatly. Their main issue in this battle was retreating. The battle started at town, where HSA and S.W.A.T were logging in their troops. After fully logging in, S.W.A.T moved to forts. HSA, about 5 minutes later, moving into the room with a “j-bomb” tactic. S.W.A.T then moves to the mine. HSA, of course, chasing after them. Once both armies were in the mine, they used original tactics such as throwing snowballs. Once taking enough of the snow being tossed back and forth, S.W.A.T , once again, makes a run for it. The army was moved to the ice berg, where the final fight took place. Both armies fought greatly.
HSA was one of the first to log in. By the time S.W.A.T had logged in, HSA had 22 total troops logged in and in position. Their consistency and tactics were greater than S.W.A.T’s, if it hadn’t been the leaders calling it a tie, HSA would have won this Battle.
Overall, both armies fought greatly. The next battle is sure to be epic.

Coolster returns to the UMA;
Recently in the Underground Mafias Army, one of their “legends” has returned. His name is Coolster114, two time leader and considered one of the best leaders the UMA have had. He led them in a Golden age during the Spring of 2012, averaging 35+. His return has sparked great joy in the UMA, but what will happen because of this? Will the UMA simply fall again, or will it rise to new heights?
First off, let us analyze facts since his return on March 10th. Overall, nothing major has changed. Of course, no events have happened since then, but there have still been changes. First, the chat size has gone up. In previous days, the UMA chats would average 1-5, 6, or 7 people. Since his return, the chat’s have had 10 or more.
Another positive aspect of his return is troop morale. Overall, the troops seem more happy, and more active (as evidenced by the chat size). On Coolster’s post, most of the comments sounded something like “Good to have you back”.
However, there are still negative aspects to his return. To start off, that means more leaders. For most newbies to the UMA, the chain of command is confusing enough. Right now, they have 12 owners in the army, and 5 leaders. Half of these owners aren’t even active. This prove’s that Coolster’s return has caused some confusion and disorientation.
Adding on to the confusion and disorientation is the ranks page, along with others. Because of this confusion owners seem to have no idea what they are doing. For instance on the ranks page, an Owner is also a low moderator. Recruits are not given ranks within the 2 day period promised, and almost nothing other than the home page seems to be updated.

Doritos on the rise/Hacking controversy
Since Doritos made there return,they have been doing very well. They returned to the club penguin army community in January 2013.
They have been getting outstanding sizes,and have many troops. Maxing 30,and keeping a size of 25+. This army continues to amaze the club penguin army community in many ways. They recently went to war with HSA,and the war ended soon after. DCP keeping the upper hand throughout the war. DCP’s strength has been established throughout their comback. Getting to the semi-finals in the CPAC March Madness tourney establishes their willingness to continue to grow to great lengths. The army is currently led by; 13yearoldn00b,Carter,Mustapha10x,and Lord pain. With this army continuing to grow,will they become a threat to any other armies? If this does happen with the Doritos come out on top? Lately, the Doritos have been in a rough spot with ranks. As they continue to settle things out,they are planning they’re next move. Soon after the HSA vs DCP war problems started to appear. First off with hacking threats. A newly formed hacking alliance called “The Mix” has put all its attention on DCP. Creator of “The Mix” xtreme quotes: “I will take dcp’s domain,and take them down.” Soon after the Doritos leaders stepped in,the threats had gone away and went towards LT. There was a specific person “The Mix” targeted. Doritos Main Leader “Carter” was shocked to hear this;”I have gotten carters Ip,facebok,twitter,and pastebin.” Xtreme had also gained access to Carters wordpress, which would have gotten xtreme access to the Doritos website. Xtreme would have commenced with his plan,if it wasn’t for him putting all his attention towards LT. Could this supposed “hacking” could have been caused by the DCP vs HSA war? Will Xtreme begin to focus on the Doritos again? The answers all remain unknown. Doritos begin to wonder if HSA hired “The Mix” to attack DCP. Many army pioneers are members of “The Mix”. Former DW leader XIunknown is a member of “The mix”. This makes us wonder,are we ever free from hackers in the CP Army Community?Unfortunately, we may never be free of the typical or more complex hacker. Thanks for your time.

The Army of Club Penguin. So simple, yet so official. A name like that should carry power. And it has, representing a Number One army for months on end, rarely lost for more than a week. But in recent events the ACP may not be so strong as it is accustomed too.
Currently, the ACP has had a terrible administration failure that could result in the loss of their dominance over the CP army world. The army’s current situation is the result of poor planning, leadership and decision-making. On June 30, two long-time leaders of the ACP, Kenneth and Flipper, decided to retire, leaving Slider in charge. Not thinking much of it, they also declared war on the Nachos in the same post. It didn’t seem like a problem, anything the new leader couldn’t handle. After all, Icey Cold (also known as McHappy) is a past ACP leader and would still be there to help. However, from there things went terribly wrong. Slider, on his first day as leader, decided this was the perfect time for him to retire. ACP now found itself in the middle of what even Kenneth admitted would “probably be a hard war” and without a leader. And to further complicate things, a Third-in-Command, Carter, decided he would retire as well, leaving an administration of three people instead of its previous seven. ACP’s plans are not completely clear, but it seems to be established that Icey Cold will take over the ACP for another term.
This series of mistakes could very well cost the ACP the war. And it is not just the mistake of one but of many. The first of several was the decision of Kenneth and Flipper to retire in the same day or two. This left a bit of a power vacuum, which if all went well would have been fine, but as we all know, all did not go well. The second mistake was for these two trusted leaders to retire while declaring war. This has left ACP at war in the hands of a leader who has enough experience to be leader, but not yet enough to jump straight into a war. Who knows, if things didn’t become even worse as they did, how Slider’s war would have gone? Chances are it would not have been as successful as Ken and Flip’s. The third mistake was Slider retiring. It is understandable that CP has taken over his life and he needs to quit, but he must have known he would be leader and that the others were retiring. And would it have hurt to pull ACP through at least a week? Luckily, the ACP has one last leg: McHappy. Icey Cold has the experience of leading the ACP before and it is very likely he will be able to keep the ACP up. However, if the Nachos ever wanted to beat ACP and/or take the position of Number One, now is the chance. A little quick action and the Nachos could very well be the ACP’s replacement.

The Hot Sauce army wins another! The number one Club Penguin army (according to cparmycentral.com) has just one yet another game against the Nachos! Giving them a 3-0 record.
Hot Sauce is very notorious of what they can do. And, by beating the Nachos 3 games in a row, they sure can handle anything, proving why they are number one. The most recent victory was a forfeit by the Nachos as they did not show up to fight. This was lead by the AUS/ASIA leader Jason. Hot Sauce was able to add Big Snow, to their long list of servers.
During the whole fight, the victorious army was averaging 18 members. This was a huge mentality boost to everyone involved. The disappointing Nachos averaged 0. After the loss a member of the Nachos, Max43810 stated “I’m a Nacho but I couldn’t make this event. I’m ashamed and angry we yet again didn’t log on. Sorry.”
Now that we have released the cocky hot sauce army, we will see just what they can do. With leaders, Freezie, Bears, DX, Jason, and Ben, this army isn’t going down any time soon. The Hot Sauce army now claims 24 different servers. Nobody knows how long this domination will last, but one thing is for sure, it will not end soon.
This army prepares for there next battle against the Nachos for it’s invasion against White House. Hoping to get a clean 25 servers, they had a raid earlier today. The raid was a very even fight showing this could be the match to ruin the win streak The hot sauce has a clear goal of achieving 35 of their members online. This will sure make a great battle until the end.

Post: It seems like SWAT has reached a rocky-road, while giving their troops a week of hibernation they had a war with UMA, which they lost and had to give up seven servers, Reece decided it would be a good idea to shut down till summer, and Ganger accepted that decision, saying that he had been in the hospital because of blood poisoning. He then said that “Hell will be unleashed in summer”, we still can’t make out if this is the beginning of the end for SWAT, I checked out SWAT’s sout and its expire, so I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

Long ago, the Pirates were looked upon as the villains of the small/medium army community. Feared by many, the ruthless Waterkid100 handled the show. But as time moves on, things change. At the time of this post, the Pirates were already in war with the Doritios, which wasn’t helping matters by any means; they performed poorly. This was, however, the first post in ten days since the announcement of war on DCP. In the end, no matter how you look at it, they had a sound reason. Rebelions were breaking out, and all hope was lost. Although they are only shut down as of late, a chance of revival is slim; and the Pirates are fading away.

Hello current viewers! I’d like to bring up some interesting facts today. It turns out that the Romans of CP are not dead! This is very shocking news to many of us that have been around here awhile.
The Romans were created in 2006, which makes it one of the many legendary armies. They once owned many big servers such as Blizzard, Zipline, and Deep Freeze.Djgtjvgyhxgy/Explorer7777 is the creator of this outstanding army. He has led the army through countless battles and invasions which only lead to a victory in their favor. He is known as one of the best and most courageous leaders. He has stuck with them even throughout the army’s hard times.
I hope the Romans can come out of this deep hibernation. They were once a great army, and always will be. It would be great to see them rise again into the Top Ten.
Why you’d be active: I would be active because I love CP armies, and I’m always trying to get the latest scoop.

Post: For 7 years ST has had slimy 102 as a leader, but now that time is up. Slimy has retired from armies and Shadow Troops is under new leadership. Shadow Troops is now owned by 3 experienced men whom have been in armies for 3 years or more. Ever since slimy left ST has been in a bad state, but promises have been made that ST will be back on it’s feet sooner then you think. Slimy said that he spoke with many people about him leaving the armies, some of which were never found out. Yet one thing he said changed everything. He didn’t talk to a single troop about what he was doing and so he never cared about his troops at all did he? The last that thing that the army was told, was that he left us because he was tired of ST and he wants to focus on another game. It’s okay because as I see it ST is in amazing hands now and one of the leaders has been with ST for 7 years, he came back when he heard slimy retired because slimy was the only reason he stayed. After all of this, the army has been shaken up. Will ST REALLY be able to make a comeback and take a spot in the top ten? We will find out soon.-M

•Post: So many armies have been dying recently but why. Well my best guess is that some armies start depending on leaders too much they fall when those leaders retire. I could also be because some have no idea what to do because they’re working too hard. Regardless to say CP armies are falling and soon they’re might not be a lot left. As we all know nowadays CP armies aren’t to popular which means not a lot of people join them. If that’s the case then the CP army community might be in danger. I decided to interview AR 2ic Blondie.

•Post: Since 2005-2006 armies have been around. Right when armies started thier was basicly a new era created. There were only a few out thier, ACP, Nachos, UMA, ect, They all held a big spot in cp armies. ACP: Army of Club Penguin, witch was one of the biggest armies to start and that is still out thier. Nachos, yet another big army. They also are one of the biggest armies present. UMA: Underground Mafia Army. This army right here hand some ooutstanding performances, but they also had thier up’s and downs. They would die down everyonce and awhile, but they would come back from the dead and make some outstanding performances. One of the biggest battles i’ve ever seen was ACP vs Nachos, most outstanding battles i’ve ever seen. Having over 3 full rooms, with over 100′s of troops fighting for over many many hours.
