MIGRATOR — The Black Alliance has begun transformation from a loose confederation of allied armies to a new, unified power named the Black Legion.

Following the recent Black Alliance rumors, de facto head Waterkid100 has confirmed the involvement of several suspected armies in the Black Alliance. The SWAT, HSA, LT, DW, and Pirates are confirmed members of the reformed Alliance (although the LT – DW war’s impact on the alliance is unknown at the moment.) These armies will fight under a single flag, the one of the Black Legion. This will be a single army made up of all the BA armies in a psuedo-merge.
Waterkid returned to the Pirates to find a treaty existing between the Pirates and Army of CP. Waterkid claims this treaty is null, as Pirate Leader Ace Fireken agreed to it, and fellow leader Max did not. As a result of this, Waterkid founded the Black Legion, which is the single, unified embodiment of all Black Alliance armies. As it stands, the Hot Sauce Army and Pirates have declared war on the ACP and pledge to bring in several allies if the ACP decide to involve the Army of the Republic or the Ice Warriors.
At the moment, it is unknown if the Black Legion will be recognized on CPAC as a single army or a simple alliance such as the Black Alliance. The Pirates are the main army of this new partnership. The ACP is expected to respond to the war without use of allies. The Army of the Republic has denied any involvement in war against the Legion. This is expected to remain a 1 v. 1 war between the Army of CP and Black Legion.

I see no reason for ACP not to bring in as many allies as they choose, and besides it’s not up to any one army if a war is allies or not, rather, they must agree.
Seeing as Waterkid is (once again) using a loophole to get around the Treaty and to have the BA act not as an alliance but as an army (though it is still technically an alliance), I don’t see any purpose in following his ‘rules’.
He even says in the post that, “whoever is in the Black Alliance armies is automatically in the legion” and “this is the offical Black Alliance army”. Then, he contradicts himself by calling for a no allies war.
I’m confused, in short, as to where in his mind this makes sense.
Blue, it is pretty simple. Water, was looking for a cheap excuse to declare war on ACP. So, he says to his feeble self. “if i makes a new army i could warss on da acp!” So, this was his poor attempt to do so. And he contradicts himself due to his impulsive microscopic brain.

Why can’t we just ignore the Pirates and ban them from getting on the top 10? Get rid of their purpose, and get rid of the annoyances that they cause.

The Black Legion is not one army unless all the armies in the black legion end. It’s what the Pirates have been doing for their whole existence, dressing up in other armies uniforms.

But wouldn’t that Pirate leader who signed the treaty own the same ammount of power if he’s the leader? I mean, Dictatorship get’s a pretty bad rap… But come on Water. If you made him leader, he’s able to make decissions of his own.
