1. Ice Warriors: The Ice Warriors retain their spot at first this week. They had a very slow week, with a lot of postponed events due to issues with their chat. They had one spectacular event just yesterday, where they got sizes of 35.
2. Doritos of CP: The DCP make a shocking rise to second this week. They began the week with a decent training session, where they averaged 10-15. Next Wwebestfan, a longtime DCP Legend returned to the army as Leader, and fired owners Beast, Samra, and Sprite. On Friday DCP had their best event of the week on the server of Berg, where they reached sizes of 25. The next day they logged onto Summit to cleanse the server. They did not face an opponent, but instead had spectacular sizes of around 20-25. DCP has plans next week to remember the victims of 9/11 by wearing red, white and blue at their battles next week.
3. Army of CP: The ACP seem to rise back into their spot this week, peaking out at 3rd. Toward the beginning of the week ACP saw the long-awaited return of their Former Leader Kingfunks4, who was recently overthrown, followed by Ekpenguin assuming power. The ACP also continued in their war against the ST, averaging around 15 at their first battle of the week. Next they faced off against the Pirates for the server of Great White, where they got sizes of about 10. ACP also claimed victory at the defense of Shiver the next day. They capped off the week with the defense of Klondike, where they averaged around 20 and defeated the pirates. Throughout the week ACP held their 3ic elections, which Casiusbrutus won.
4. Army Republic: The AR fall one place down to fourth this week. They began it with a Training Session, where they got sizes of 1o-15. Next the AR also held 3ic elections, where Jboy scored a victory in a one vote margin. On Friday, the AR faced off against the Nachos in a Practice Battle, which they won with sizes of 15. They also had a recruiting session that day, with sizes of around the same. Just today, along with the DCP and Pretzels, AR declared war on the Pretzels, quoting that their reasoning was the army’s leader, Pain.
5. Nachos: The Nachos fall to fifth this week. They began the week with a raid of the ACP vs. ST event, and while the event didn’t happen, they still fought some rouge ACP. They followed up with a PB with AR, displaying smaller sizes and a potential fall. The army also saw the retirement of former Nacho leader Mr Eddy2, and is now bogged down in a massive controversy concerning one of their 3ics, Yoangelyo, and Shiver.
6T. Pirates: Pirates began the week with a disputed battle with the Pretzels on Ice Bound, then catapulted themselves into the spotlight, entering the ACP/Pretzels + ST war against ACP. They raided several ACP servers, and invaded Shiver, Ice Box, and Klondike. They have scheduled several more invasions and are continuing the war in spite of ST’s death and ACP’s new alliance.
6T. Underground Mafias Army: The UMA tie for seventh this week, following their new leadership- this week Np3000 returned, joining Mach and Blue1 in the leadership role. The UMA had an unscheduled event toward the beginning of the week, where they got around 10. Just yesterday, the UMA had a spectacular event where they reached sizes of around 20.
8. Pretzels: Coming from nothing, the Pretzels have been on a huge rise this week. They came out of hiatus with the Defense of Thermal from the Pirates, but soon after ended that war to focus on ACP. They did see some controversy with Lord Pain’s positon as leader, and lost a few owners over the week. However, after a string of successful battles the Pretzles remain at war with the ACP, allied now with the Pirates, and have scheduled more invasions soon. They also fired two owners as part of an unsuccessful rebellion plot.
9. Light Troops: LT also returned from nothing this week, with longtime leader Ioioluk returing to lead the army. They have been having various training events all week to stabilize their sizes and practice tactics, and are working through a few issues with the owner ranks.
10. Rebel Penguin Federation: The RPF had one good event this week, where they got sizes of around 10. Throughout the week, they have been swamped with internal and leadership issues. The RPF has many more events scheduled as they move into the next week.

As I did with Cool, let me clear a few things up.
1. If you would like to complain about the bias in this Top Ten, your bitching holds no grounds since you are yet to provide any reasoning- and when I say the word reasoning, I mean actual numbers, actual math, an actual decent argument as to what is bias.
2. Whether or not I have any leadership skills is up to question, but seeing as I have lead four Top Ten armies- now, whether or not their rise is any accord of mine is debatable to people such as yourselves- however I still have a better track record than someone who what, what’d you do Rex? Lead the Club Penguin Sun Troops? You are an arrogant, insignificant bastard with no true clout or status here in armies, and honestly I do believe all of us here at CPAC, both the viewers and the staff, are tired of it. I’m even a bloody former UMA Leader, and I don’t think they should be 6th, Blue. Please, let’s be fair here. They only had one event all week, which was unscheduled, and you had done NO tactics in it. Other armies had done multiple events, scheduled, getting higher.

I am in UMA as well, I think they should be a little lower at the very least. Huge chat sizes do not make up for 2 decent events.
Actually, learn to count, 3 events, 4 if you include the mini attack on TG bots. We had 3 (4 if TG mini raid counts) decent events, plus good chat size every day.
Let me simply clarify your facts a bit.
1. In addition to being a “bloody former UMA Leader”, you are also a “bloody current Pretzels leader.”
2. At the three events Pretzels had this week, according to your site, your sizes were an average of 16 in two of those, and 15-20 in the third. Averaging 16, 16, and 17.5, you would reach an average number of 16.5.
3. The UMA had two unscheduled events this week, one where the size was 17 and the other where the size was 20. Average those together and you get the number of 18.5. Whether you would like to argue tactics or not, size is still the prodimenent score, and chat size and post amount are still not to be disregarded.
I think that clears things up.

As of now i have no love for either PCP or UMA. And i agree that size is more prevalent then tactics. But According to your words blue, on average PCP got 16.5. UMA 18.5 on TWO of the events during that week. Factor in the “streaking party” scheduled by np that got zero. Factor that into your average. Not so good now is it? I don’t like pcp any more than uma, but pcp was more consistent this week. And if you can prove me wrong by all means, go ahead.
Unfortunately, that would be a valid point, however events where not a person showed have never been, neither will be counted in an army’s average. At least one person must attend for it to be averaged in.

I am honestly very impressed by UCCP. I remember a few months ago they said they had 15 and I didn’t believe them, went on their site, they proved me wrong. I then thought, “Oh it must be just a one off.” But they continue to do well and have proven me and I assume many more wrong.
