Pontongpasir here reporting on a tactic used by some armies in battles: sneak attacks. Are they good or are they bad. Join me today while I delve deeper into these attacks.
All armies do it at least once. But the question is why? Here’s why. Armies feel that they aren’t as strong if they log on at the scheduled time. What’s the solution, have a sneak attack. They send in all their troops 30-60 minutes before the battle and then start claiming the server and any rogue troops on the opponents army. The only way to discover a sneak attack is by sending a scout to the server 1 hour before the battle. If an army sneak attacks 99% of the time they will win unless the scout can get to their chat and alert people. And that only works if it’s a full chat.
Sneak attacks in the army world are also known as cheating because the enemy has no time to prepare and get beaten. I have seen an example of a sneak attack when GD tried to re-invade outback 1 day early. However some armies classify sneak attacks as an automatic disqualification in their rules for the battle.
I interviewed the ST leader Vestd:
Me: What do you think about sneak attacks?
Vestd: I think they’re stupid
Me: Do you think they are unfair?
Vestd: Yes
Me: Why?
Vestd: Because they have no point and you just have to be scared or can’t beat the army scheduled in order to win.

See even Vestd thinks sneak attacks suck. But people still attempt them some because they really want to win or if they can’t beat them. All in all to finish this post sneak attacks are very very bad as the enemy army does not have time to combat the army performing the sneak attack and ultimately the enemy army loses. This is unfair as many people have agreed with me so sneak attacks should be banned under CP army law. Many people agree. I believe it is okay if you say log on 15 mins early or even 20 mins early, but anything exceeding that is kind of cheating! Sometimes it backfires as penguins think that they have automatically won and leave, so the army loses! Well i think if you cheat like that, you deserver it!

What the heck is this? I’ve never heard the term “sneak attack” used in CP warfare. I’m against armies logging on way earlier than when battles begin, but it isn’t cheating, and EVERYONE does it.

i think it is dumb on CP because by the rules of war there has to be a 24 hour notice and be stated as invasion. if the defending army doesnt show, the oppossing army takes the server in half an hour. but in real life its the smartest thing ever

They log in early to gain rogues, therefore making themselves look bigger. But the rogues just fade away eventually, so there’s really no point. I don’t understand why people just get on 5-10 minutes before, we just waste 20 minutes of our time shouting “JOIN ____ TODAY!” .-.
